-We always recommend hand washing vintage dishware and not putting it in a dishwashing machine.
-As with all vintage items, they have been used. We try to show you as many imperfections that we can find. Unless we say it has "never been used" please know that it will likely have some show of wear.
-Fast and Free Domestic Shipping! We strive to get all orders shipped out quickly. We use First Class USPS. If you have faster needs please let us know if you would like to pay for a faster source of shipment.
-We are proud to say we here at Aunt Niece Vintage have studied packing techniques and have yet to have something arrive different from how it was sold (broken, cracked from shipping etc). However, due to the fragile nature of the items we ship, we know that it may happen. If it does happen we will offer a refund following this protocol: direct message us with a photo of the item within 24 hours of its shipping tracked arrival to the customer. We will then pay to have the item shipped back to us. Once the broken item arrives back to us we will fully reimburse you for the item.

From the time I saw the dish till the day I received it it was nothing but top notch service. I had received a set of these dishes when I was about 25 years old I am going to be 74 this year. They were a gift from my mother so when I broke the bowl the other day I was crushed. I started looking and happened to find it I was elated. The dish came very promptly and also was packed very well with a cute little gift tucked inside from the owner. I can’t say how much this means to me. I highly recommend the seller to anyone.
