What if my item arrives broken?
We are proud to say we here at Aunt Niece Vintage have studied packing techniques and have yet to have something arrive different from how it was sold to (broken, cracked etc). However, due to the fragile nature of the items we ship, we know that it may happen. If it does, we will need a photo of the item within 24 hours of its shipping tracked arrival to the customer. We will then pay to have the item shipped back to us. Once the broken item arrives back to us we will fully reimburse you for the item.
